Holiday Card Featuring MFT Stamps

Hello everybody, welcome back to Crafty Time 4U! Yesterday I was at the Marker POP blog sharing with you some holiday inspiration using the “Santa’s Elves” stamp and coordinated die set by My Favorite Things. I love everything elf related and this adorable set is not the exception!
Let me show you the card and I will be telling you a little bit more about how I created this card
20151110_174530_001I cut a panel of white cardstock using the larger stitched rectangle by Lawn Fawn, then I cut the largest Dienamics stitched tag by My Favorite Things and I used the English Brick Wall stencil by My Favorite Things to created the background on the tag; I used “Peacock Feather Distress Ink” to ink the stenciled background.
20151110_174630I die cut and stamped the images and then I colored them using Copic Markers, I heat embossed the sentiment on to black cardstock using white embossing powder, and I arranged the elements which I adhered to the card using foam and liquid adhesive.  To finish the card I added some gold ‘Stickles‘ to the trim of the tree, some Wink of Stella, and some Ranger glossy accents
Copic Markers that I used: YG97, YG07, YG05, E00, E02, E13, R89, R27, R24, BG49, BG15, BG13, T02, T00, E27, E25, E57, W01, W03, W05,

Wishing You a Harvest of Blessings!

Hello everybody, welcome back to Crafty Time 4U! It's beginning to feel like fall, are the leaves changing over where you live? Is the air getting crispier? Apple trees are loaded over here, and I started to note a yellowish tint on all the trees, so yes it's coming! I love fall but it doesn't last very long up here! It's just the prelude to winter and that's a bad part I guess, but still excited!
Today I am sharing with you a fall card, using the new "Harvest Mouse" stamp and Dienamics by My Favorite Things
I will be entering this card to the My Favorite Things "Card Design Superstar" Contest, please wish me luck!
Let me show you the card that I made, and I will tell you a little bit more about it.

I made a watercolor wash for the background, using Real"Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers" I used the 070 Orange, 041 light green, and the 044 deep green.

I die cut the coordinated shapes and then stamped them using "Memento Tuxedo Black Ink" then I colored all the images using Copic Markers. (list of colors below)

I used the banner from the "Dienamics Blueprints 20", and the front panel is from the "Dienamics Blueprints 24" I stamped the sentiments using "Versamark Ink" heat embossed using white embossing powder. i adhered all the elements to card base using foam adhesive.

Colorful Saturday - Fun Day Card!

Hello everybody, welcome back to Crafty Time 4U! I hope you had a great week and that your weekend stared with a smile.
Did you like yesterday's card? Well  today I'm sharing another card, using the same adorable "Clowning around" stamp and coordinated die set by My Favorite Things.
Let me show you the card that I created for today's post, and I'll be telling you a little bit more about it. As always all the supplies are listed and linked bellow for your reference and convenience.

DSC_7578I have lots of fun coloring this image. There are so many things you can do with it! I colored it using Copic Markers and I added some dots of white gel pen to some areas of the clown clothing!
DSC_7580
There is not right or wrong way to color a clown, therefore, you can used any color combination or mismatch of striped and dots, or such. I didn't used the balloon edge from the Dienamics Blueprints 26, I used a regular balloon die that I have on hand, however I listed the "Blueprints 26" for your reference, since my Ballon die is very old, and couldn't find it on any store.

I used some twine to attach the balloon to the clown's hand, and as finishing touch I used some Pretty Pink Posh sequins.

I want to enter this card to the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge "Sparkle and Shine"
I used my favorite finishing sequins, the "Spakling clear," the "pink peonies," and the "aquamarine" by PPP
Copic Marker I used: RV02, RV04, RV09, R20, B00, B02, B05, YG03, YG05, E00, E02

I hope you had enjoyed this card and that you'll get inspired to try this adorable stamp set. Have a wonderful weekend!
